• No, we do not install low slope roof systems (flat roofs) at the moment.  However, we do plan on installing low slope systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, large area mod bits by 2023. 

• Only exceptions are modified bitumen (3 ply torch down system ) for patio additions 
• Please Refer to our Silicone Coatings for more info  regarding low sloped roof maintenance. 

• Yes, all roofing estimates in the areas of Farmington, Kirtland, Aztec, Bloomfield, and La Plata are FREE. 

• Estimates done in the Durango and Colorado Communities will have a charge of $100 for mileage cost. UPDATED MAY 2022

Our installation warranty covers up to 7 years. This includes:

• faulty installation repairs 
• Yearly routine visual checkups
• Yearly Up keep Maintenance over the common leaked areas (penetrations, chimneys, valleys, end walls, and sidewalls) 
• Third Party installation roof installs (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cable/Phone Additions) 
• Availability to be present for insurance adjustor inspections, and home re sell inspections

Our warranty becomes void when the following occurs:

• Natural disasters such as hail damage, wind damage, acts of God, etc.  (refer to home insurance policy) 
• Third party installation without P/7's consent 
• Maintenance occurring without P/7's consent 

A new roof depends on a lot of factors. Here are some factors to consider  that will affect the price of your new roof:

• How many roof layers are on the home? Tearing off layers will increase cost. IRC code only allows up to 2 roof layers to be on a residence. 
• How many squares is your roof?
• How many penetrations are on your roof? ( pipe vents, ducting, skylights, chimneys, etc.) 
• Do we have to re install certain things such as satellite dishes? Air conditioning units? Vents, gutters, etc. 
• The type of material being purchased.
• The accessibility of the project site for dumpsters, loading areas, materials. 
• The location
• The slope of your roof, Is it a steep roof? 
• Rotted areas that require deck replacement 

Overall, a re roof of shingles or meal can cost anywhere from $7,000- $50,000 depending on the size.

Yes we handle all planning of dump disposals whether its trailer loading or allowing a dump container on site. It will depend on the job. 

During summer hours we normally like to start at 6AM , or 7 AM and end around 2 or 3. The start time will vary based off the neighborhood enforcements as well.  

During winter hours, we start operate at regular hours of 8-5

No, we do not offer new gutter installation as a single service. If you would like new gutters during our roof installation we can gladly subcontract our gutter installation to a qualified gutter professional or refer you to one after installation.
