The project inquiry is only for Remodels, Kitchen/Bath, and Decks/Patios, ONLY 

A remodel is a combination of three or more different phases of construction. 

(ex. An upgrade of entire home. floors+ trim+ paint+ drywall) 

(ex. New windows, New siding, and painting. )

(ex. Any kitchen or bathroom remodel) 

Onsite consultations are important because it gives us an idea of what you really want. Were able to give you a better price range, and it gives us MORE time with you. We also use the fees for mileage and fuel cost. 

Remember that all phone and online inquiries are free. All phone inquiries will have a phone appointment set up. 

If you decide to pursue with our services we will deduct the consultation fee off the final price. 

All other singe services that we provide have FREE ESTIMATES . We DO travel onsite and it is free. Here is a list of our free estimate services:

• Our single service estimates are free because they are very straightforward and simple. 
• The design and material choices are limited as supposed to a Remodel where there are different material choices and different methods, designs, etc. 
• Measurements are much easier to obtain

Our shed estimates are free as well however, we do not go onsite until the price has been accepted and a deposit is put down. 

Sheds can be priced out from the office because they are new builds.
