Our process

All onsite Consultations will have a $300.00 Consultation Fee. If chosen to do your project $300 will be taken off your final project price. 

All Consultation fees include the following:

• 1-2 hours of consultation
• Thorough walkthrough of projected jobsite
• Detailed construction process
• Detailed Measurements and contractor notes 
• Desired material overview 
• Fuel/Mileage Cost

Free Remodel Consultations only through the phone or through the Project Inquiry

1. What's considered a remodel ? '

• A combination of services that involve the project in its entirety. (ex. New Floors, New interior doors with paint/trim, and new baseboards would be considered a remodel/renovation) 

             2. Why does my remodel require a consultation fee and is it refundable?

• Consultation fees are for the time spent to gather information from the client for a better process and to gather a much closer price range. 
• No the consultation fee is not refundable however, if you decide to choose us for your project we will deduct $300 off your final project price. 

Design Fees are 10% of the projects lowest price range 

(Example: Kitchen Remodels roughly priced at $35,000-$40,000 the design and construction management fee will be $3,500 )

1. What's included in Design Fees?

• Use of measurements to determine layouts
• Blueprint layout professionally done by P/7 Construction
• List of material choices and prices adjusted to clients desired budget
• A draft of final contracts 
• A final price based off design, scheduling, and material selection 

            2. What's included in the construction management fees?

• Gathering submittals for city or county building departments (if needed)
• Apply for permits (if needed) 
• Arrange scheduling 
• Pre-construction arrangements 

             3. Is the design and construction management fees combined or separate pricing?

• The fees are a combined price.
