COnsultation
P/7 Construction's deck and patio process involves several steps.
The 1st step is to get a consultation scheduled.
- We charge a $250 Onsite Consultation Fee to get a design going for decks and patio covers.
- Phone consultations and email consultations are FREE.
The consultation fee includes the following:
- 1-2 hours of consultation time
- Detailed measurements
- Site Conditions
- Desired Materials
- Verbal Breakdown of the project
- Fuel/mileage cost
For phone and website consultations, Please have a detailed list of everything you want for your project.

Design Process
- After you have accepted the price ranges, we begin designing and start an accurate takeoff. This design and construction management fee is 10% of the average price range. (Ex. price range is from 20,000-25,000. The design fee will be $2,250.00
- Once the design is finished and approved with the homeowner and the building department.
- We can obtain permits and start the material orders.
- We will then place you on the schedule and begin construction.
This process can take anywhere from 1 week-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the structure, building departments and material manufacturer quotes.
This process is to get you the most accurate cost for your project and the most time efficient. We don't just believe in giving your quality craftsmanship but a quality process as a whole.

Our construction process will be like every one of our services, keeping a clean job site, responsible for hauling out waste and debris, and performing client walkthroughs.
